Malaysia (Peninsular): 2–4 business days | FREE shipping on all orders
Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 4–7 business days | FREE shipping on all orders
Singapore: 3–6 business days | RM15 flat rate
International (Worldwide): 7–14 business days | From RM25

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

We want you to love your TrendVault purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened and in original packaging
  • Item must not be a hygiene-sensitive product that has been opened (e.g. lip products, skincare)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

To initiate a return, please email us at support@trendvault.vip with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-refundable items: Opened beauty products, gift cards, and items purchased during sale events are non-refundable unless defective.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
